Today I had my first teams meeting with James Chen from Nationwide Financial.  I had misgivings and trepidation prior to this meeting.  To say that I had been passed from pillar post previously is an understatement.
I’d like to congratulate James (and also Sonia Schembri) for his incredible empathy, patience, knowledge and willingness to listen and learn about my personal situation and experiences.  Exactly what is needed for someone like me who is prone to being highly strung.  James has a calmness about him and at no time did I think he was clock watching during our conversation.  I was given strategies and a clearer path forward with my superannuation and future financial goals. Our conversation left me enlightened and focused on where I need to head financially. For these reasons I am eternally grateful and look forward to continuing my journey with Nationwide Financial.
